On what do you base that "fact"?

I base my facts on pages 7 & 8 of the document released to the market on 22nd May 2012.

This document contains allegations of breaches of the Corporations Act by people who would know better than you or me.

These charges remain unanswered. Why has our board chosen to not answer such serious allegations? Why can't our company seem to be able to use a photocopier when there is any negative position put by anyone? Did they make this document faded because they know many of the shareholders vision is not as it used to be and so intended to make it difficult to read?

How can you possibly say that there has been no illegal activity? How can you say that is a "fact" when you have not a single shred of evidence?

As a matter of FACT, the company has already acknowledged ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.

Back in December 2011 (less than 1 year ago) they admitted to breaches of the Corporations Act.

Again, RB, I don't know what research you did, but you seem to be stating as fact information which is just plain wrong. I am not going to suggest you actually do some research, but if you go to the links provided here you may be a little suprised by ACTUAL FACTS. But I guess you won't as it's easier to remain a Struthio camelus.
