Raising loans is not acceptable, making a placement at 7c is supposed to be too low (expect a placement at 10c?), buying an essential, as new, S$15 M certified medical plant in Singapore for S$6 M is also a bad deal. How should one ever expect NSP to make any progress? You pretend your desire is for the company to do well while simultaneously undermining their every effort.
