How can someone mislead by asking a valid question?
From where I sit FX and Kosenar have not been making rash statements.... unlike some others here. Clearly they are concerned shareholders (like me and a number of others who read and from time to time comment on NuSep threads). What they have done is asked questions about (and continued to probe) a series of governance issues that have never, so far as I can see, been adequately answered.
You can bluster all you like, but the fact remains that our Board have yet to substantially address a whole range of serious governance questions that have been asked here for as long as I have been a subscriber.
If anyone had cause to be concerned about possible defamation issues perhaps it should be those who have cast aspersions on the professional competency of our company's previous auditors.
RB in the past I have applauded your optimistic forecasts for the company we have all invested in. So far as I can recall nobody here has ever expressed other than positive views in relation to NuSep's IP, so we are all in furious agreement on that score. I can also applaud your loyalty to JM and AG et al ......but what I don't get is why you can't see that the value of all our holdings will dramatically increase as soon as Kosenar and FactorX are provided with satisfactory answers to the corporate governance issues. From where I sit once this occurs all the market chatter will be positive looking forward to the development of the full potential of our IP.
For goodness sake if you have any influence use it to press for these matters to be addressed and disposed of once and for all. I sense you are sick of these questions and frankly so am I...but they can't be swept under the carpet. Everyone makes mistakes and while I'm not making any allegations, I would much rather see the Board own up if they have made mistakes rather than continue to obfuscate and inevitably draw out these distractions from the investment potential of NuSep.
Let's hope for all our sakes that we can get past this and remember that for every vocal investor who questions there are 20 lurkers who are nodding in furious agreement.
Please use your good offices with JM and AG to press for the addition of new independent directors and a genuine commitment to transparency.
