RB,
I think in the case where there are very serious allegations, which are criminal, then there should be an announcement by the company to put the matter to rest, if at all possible.
Now if they do not make an announcement and it leaves the matter lingering, when they know better, then isn't buying shares by you and others who do know also illegal (insider trading)?
I will continue to have my sentiment as "sell" until there is clarity with the most serious outstanding issues. That doesn't mean I have to sell.
