I did not say that.
I was responding to your assertion that all of the issues reported to ASIC by Bird Cameron has been attended to by NuSep and resolved.
If ASIC advised NuSep that they had been satisfied with the responses they received from NuSep - then case closed.
If that is the situation, then it is the responsibility of the directors to advise shareholders to ensure that there is no further doubt in relation to the original issues raised with ASIC!
If this action is left unattended then there is pressure on the share price and would be one of the causes keeping it where it is, rather than at some loftier height that you keep espousing!
