'IF' as you say that all issues have been resolved with the previous auditors that were raised with ASIC, then the board are abrogating their responsibility by not reporting it to the shareholders immediately.

This would be further evidence of the poor governance by the board.

By hiding this announcement it continues to give doubt to shareholders in relation to outstanding issues instead of reporting the fact to give confidence to shareholders.

Another example of poor governance - if what you say is true!
