I think RBs lack of answer and inability to cite documentation as well as our own inability to find documented answers says 1 thing;

RB, it is a shame that you seem to have gone off the rails. You claim to offer facts, but have not a single fact in any of your posts. You seemed for a long time to be rational and open to discussion, but I now fear the worst for you. Given that you are a top 20 shareholder and so irrational makes me very concerned for the future for all sharholders, including you.

The facts are clear, there are a lot of unanswered questions, including what appear to be criminal accusations of criminal behaviour by the board from the past auditor. No answers implies guilt and the boards further actions seem on the face of it to be conflicting with proper corporate governance principles, including the issuing of shares to themselves at a 30% discount to the market.
