If enough shareholders want to see past wrongs righted there should be enough votes to force a spill - and I hope that happens.

The other issue is, we need some alternate shareholders to put themselves up for election if the spill is successful!

If there are no existing shareholders who have the ability or who are unable to put themselves up for election we need to find some external people who would be appropriate.

If we have a spill requirement and no prospects ourselves - then by the board doing what they have done (putting a process in place) then it is basically re-election of the existing board. Unless there is another vote against the existing then I do not know how that pans out!!
