If a 25% vote against the remuneration report is achieved at this AGM a spill HAS TO OCCUR as it would be the second year in a row - it is automatic under new laws.
That is why the board has taken the extreme measures of planning for a second meeting in advance.
If we are successful in the vote then we need some other competent people to stand as directors and time is running out!
