In case people don't know, voting against the remuneration report doesn't necessarily bring on a spill. That requires a separate vote.
It may be worth voting against the remuneration report for two reasons: to show that you aren't happy with the corporate governance; and to keep open the option of having a spill next year, when the Prime operation is up and running and we can remove the directors without rocking the Nusep boat.
Worth thinking about.
Rager, I think the board has done a good job in getting Prime as far as they have. But the quality of corporate governance, which is so crucially important for ensuring minority shareholders like me and others are treated fairly, is woeful. They have to lift their game, and the only way this will happen is if we hold them to account and show them that there are consequences for poor performance.
