That was my reason for selling out at a hugely painful loss a few months back. That, and the fact that management appeared genuinely delusion to me. Anyway, I still think it has huge potential and am watching on the sidelines for signs of life but they need an internal step-change. Rather than Mr Albert saying "I have never given undertakings re permitting etc " (ie "that was the last guy who talked it up") and similar hokum they need to work out how they have so totally misread the political machinations of the Spanish process and buy themselves the capability and skillset to navigate it.
