The definition of slander is false or malicious reporting to injure a person.

My comments are none of these in either fact or intent.

Sadly, the only people injured here are the very long-suffering shareholders who backed this company over many years and now have been very badly let down at the final hurdle.

That you have made a quid punting this stock or think that there will be some magical takeout above the current offer good luck to you both.

The facts are that if the board had ever delivered in the past and been very transparent in its processes, there would not be the cavalcade of sellers jumping to accept the bid, with another 1% jumping today.

Given the inevitability of the outcome as seemingly confirmed by the selling today, there is probably little point in any further posting, other than to suggest that you both double up your poceeds on OLY by backing other enterprises under the stewardship of these individuals.
