    My take on the takeover is this,TTY won't reach 90%.They may well get control,and thus the chance to enliven the company's leadership.The mineral assets are good,but the board isn't setting the world on fire.Partial success for TTY could be sucess for the remaining holders.I expect a short term price retreat if the takeover stalls.
