Thought you were being cryptic until I realised you meant 'rig' as opposed to "right".

Thinking TDC won't be contracted due to current proceedings over Annvale. Could be Depco who were involved with the original drilling of Talma and the eventual completion of Annvale.

Regardless of who it is, you are right. If the approval has been granted, a statement from the company regarding a contracted driller should be forthcoming sooner rather than later. One would have assumed that availability would already have been cased out? Quick follow on should be expected as other posters have already stated.

However, as we all know, the company seems to lacking when it comes to timing and being proactive. Here's hoping they can turn it up a notch. Not holding ones breath though........
