The merger will bring the revenue? No, it will only bring unprecedented dilution to all of us, with no benefit to Datadot results. Only BFC will benefit with announced $8-10 million profit to BFC from the merger. Where is that money going to from and why the directors did not include this fact in their announcement? BFC did. The share placement? I really do not believe that the market will sustain placement of another 600 million of shares or so at 2c. Who in the right mind would buy this?
