Yes, hopefully the upcoming meeting will clean it out so the company can start over. It is a disgrace that these people are there for such a long time and no progress. Instead it is sliding in to oblivion. Proposed merger? Beston Technologies have no significant revenue and run of the mill technology. Brandlok labels were announced in 2015 - where is the revenue? The merger will bring the revenue? No, it will only bring unprecedented dilution to all of us, with no benefit to Datadot results. Only BFC will benefit with announced $8-10 million profit to BFC from the merger. Where is that money going to from and why the directors did not include this fact in their announcement? BFC did. The share placement? I really do not believe that the market will sustain placement of another 600 million of shares or so at 2c. Who in the right mind would buy this? Those guys at DDT are in a dreamworld. And they call themselves professional directors, what a joke.
