I rang Zach Gordon from Pitcher Partners today (19/7/17)and was told that they are expecting to make some announcements in the next few months. This relates to some 'transactions' of some sort....I am not holding my breath though. While they are still under a deed of company arrangement there is little information trickling out. The share register is not maintained and there are some considerable costs and hurdles to get it back up again. I was told that any re-listing would see each and every shareholders portfolio ''heavily diluted''. That sound like the death knell to me.
