This is what was shared: "I refer to your email below and advise that the Deed Administrators are currently in advanced negotiations with a number of parties regarding two proposed transactions. Once the transactions can be agreed, the Deed Administrators will convene a meeting of creditors to consider a variation to the existing deed of company arrangement to facilitate/approve the transactions. An update will be provided to shareholders by way of an ASX announcement in due course."
