Yes, an underwritten share offer by anybody or a convertible debt facility would be a terrible outcome. I have patiently held on the basis (and the punt) that majority if not all Capex will be debt funded.I would rather see the project put on the back burner til debt was available than issue a heap of new shares to develop it.

I think all fellow retail holders have the same interest being 100% debt whilst as for AU Mining it prob depends on how much money they need to put to work..
