Good idea Olympian. Dilution is okay if we all get a part of it, not really dilution then. Would be fairer if done prorata to shareholding. In otherwords a rights issue.
Any not taken up could be offered to shareholders first and then to general public if any left over.
Many of the 2000+ shareholders have very small non marketable parcels and may not be interested in a prorata deal and ORP would probably be hard oushed to find the cash for the stamps.
They should contact the top 50 say, to gauge the interest. I am sure most of them would support it, I know I would.
