Hi everyone
It appears that there is a trend, in the semiconductor industry, about moving from 200mm wafer to 300mm:
This information seems relevant considering that Revasum is specialised in processing wafers ranging from 50mm to 200mm.
One of the growth argument is that the electric vehicle needs 200mm wafer and that is assuming that the industry will continue to use 200mm wafer. I cam across an analyst that thinks the opposite:
I have also found a graph showing a decreasing growth for 200mm wafer (source: https://www.extremetech.com/computing/242699-450mm-silicon-wafers-arent-happening-time-soon-major-consortium-collapses)
Do you think this will impact the growth prospect of the company?
I am a new to the industry and your expertise is welcome.
