No one can complain any longer that there is no liquidity. Sure its mostly held by Cicero clients who aint selling till the fat lady sings (and MW won't look disapprovingly at them); but there is now a steady trickle on offer, and at very reasonable premium to the placement price in my view (about 15% premium using todays closing price - cheap IMO). Especially for such a tightly held Cicero shell where MW has put down $224,000 of his own cash, $160k of which was at 0.04, just 15% cheaper than today's close. Who the hell would sell at these levels anyway?? LOL
