did some self fact checking and while Whey Isolate is more common, it is POSSIBLE to make Casein based protein too. And seeing as milk is 80% casein and 20% whey it is actually beneficial if we have sufficient supply to produce protein powder vs whey isolate competitors. It also has a number of different additional health factors. Like extended hunger satiation from the slow release of casein vs whey.
