I've superimposed my thoughts over what I believe is the latest schedule the company has released.
Transport is a key input or a key dependency for the DFS. I think the DFS is a key dependency for AVZ's ability to raise cash for construction to occur when they want to.
The transport solution that is included in the DFS will need to pass the muster of the ASX because AVZ is ASX listed.
By Q1 2019 (the end of March this year) it doesn't currently seem that all weather routes into Manono will yet be in existence. Promises of them (it seems on available data reported) will be pending - but promises must include some risk of delay in construction - due to weather for instance. Will those promises be sufficient to get by the ASX or other authorities in a DFS or will they carry too high a degree of uncertainty?
