Any positive announcement would make that happen imo.
As we all know the register is still very tightly held despite the recent coup so a very quick move up is quite possible on good news.
Until we hear from management though re current status then most will still be very wary and aware of the risk.
Surely today is as good a day as any to let us know the status quo. :-P :-)
