When the water comes out of the well (hot and pressurised)it passes through a heat exchanger. Using a two step exchanger (ala GDY) will reduce the temperature but not the pressure. The reinjection pumps will then be working at around 50 C. They do not have to raise the pressure from zero but only an excess over the reservoir pressure, the pump input pressure will already be at, or near, reservoir pressure.
