You are corect Leroy they cannot delist - once they get to 90% they can compulsorily acquire the last 10% - the problem is - it matters little if they get 50% plus 1 x share and effective control or any other number up to 90%

Holders that dont sell into the offer will be starved out over time - the only hope for a better outcome than selling on market now is for a higher offer to be tabled which is looking unlikely at this point in time.
