Im pretty positive they cannot delist, take the existing cash and not pay the royalty, think about it. There are company protection laws in place to prevent this exact thing happening. They could withdraw their bid, and EXS picls up the pieces, gets their royalty and gets back to where they were prior. Although there would be a few disgruntled holders about what management have just accepted, so might be a clean out there to!!!!
