Yes I can understand that noelyn.
    If i hold on and SOL get 90%,leading to a T/Over I get .265 a share.
If they drop the 90% requirement (why would they ?) it infers they will pay only .19 cents share for any that were entered into the A.F.AND stayed there.some of them may not be happy with .19 and withdraw their acceptances.

wont this also effect the directors termination payments or change of circumstances clause as EXS will still be on the bourse after the AF closes ?

If they get under 90% and more than 51% they may well delist.

What has to be addressed before then is the copperchem royalties and the cash in bank.To delist will they not have to return funds to existing shareholders ? Sol cant just steal the funds can they ?
If SOL increase holdings distribut everthing THEY get the Lions share and I get my small NON-DILUTED share as none are being cancelled and there is the same amount of shres going around.

if they do get under the 90 % and I am then a minority shareholder and they dont delist I should benefit from the bluesky that SOL see as large holder.
I have been a SOL holder for quite a few years and found that to be a profitable arrangement.
The trickle may be over by Friday............?
