    As holders trickle their acceptance into the facility some others are holding out, but have they considered the real risk of holding on.

    Are holders not better off either accepting or selling on market?

    The reward for holding on and not doing anything is hoping that another bid comes from left field. The likelihood of this now happening is becoming very remote.

    What is the risk of holding?

    If SOL determine to drop their 90% condition and accept whatever they have got, you could find the situation being that SOL end up with 70-80% of the company.

    What will they then consider doing?

    Well, one option might very well be that they determine to delist the company given the reduced number of holders. Where would that leave the remaining holders? I would suggest that leaves those holders very much at the mercy of SOL. That is not a good place to be.
