My take on that is that we were more or less on track until the ASX insisted on resampling and using the commercial lab assays which meant BBX had to take a massive 5 month detour and put the methods they were working on at the various refineries on hold. It was a huge setback.

Looking back I wonder if they should have just said ok we'll retract the ANN (they had to anyway) and just have got stuck into setting up the pilot plant though of course I don't know the whole story. We could have been processing 1-2tpd for months by now.

There has been a hell of a lot of test work but now that the pilot plant has been commissioned we're about to commence pilot-scale production.
