Advertise high volume stock that you keep on hand, sell it, deliver to the customer in a timely manner, get repeat business from said customer and referrals as well.

Clark better get down and dirty and sort this out quick smart....packing orders, answering the phones, etc. If he isn't doing that, he is the wrong man for the job!! Cost cutting and delivering to our customers must be the sole focus of the business in Q1.
