Sjbola, when I read this yesterday, that was the first thing I thought. Why not finish the strategic review first and announce what you are going to do to fix issues before or at the same time as stating h1 decline... Surely would soften the blow. Which I might add seems the usual market overreaction to "now"...

I think this is a case of clearing the way for new ceo to appear "god" has arrived in coming months and years. If you take a LT view I dont think this can be left go for much longer, especially factoring the review and new CEO.
