I have avocated that the fleet are pump and dump stocks for a long time now.
Of course the SI's friendlies will tell you its a long term trade. That it's going to go to x amount. That you need to get in.
Buying is the last thing you should be doing.
On this one you know for a fact that not only huge dilution is tied to this deal. Over 2b shares and a consolidation at an unknown wealth destroying ratio.
All the SI's who participated in the $500k are trying to distubute before this happens.
Any sain person would wait to after the huge dilution and consolidation before buying to see where the dust settles. The ones telling you to buy before this huge dilution and consol should not be trusted. I'm. Because they are off loading!
