Any perceived logistics advantage has been eliminated. In fact they have further to travel on dirt and more road to build at a higher cost.
Their capex is greater.
The opex is highly questionable given the royalty assumptions made.
They have been very explicit in their hydrology and it is now clear they need every square kilometre of lake to exploit their in situ resource. I can't believe you still think that lake area is the massive advantage cited by the supporting brokers.
If RWD managed to negotiate access to the exclusion zone which is a real possibility once the Martu appreciate the minimal impact the mining will have on the lake, then RWD's resource in the upper sequence will dwarf the resource at MacKay.
