The AMN team are BCom’s. They organized a full team of external and expensive consultants. You would have noted the name dropping, connection with ORE etc. The reality is how many of their consultants have delivered a SOP project in Australia before? Zero.
Different approach. The RWD approach requires a deeper understanding of the processes involved imo.
You forget that the RWD team has had their process verified and optimized by a German outfit with 65 years experience in processing potash.
