Nearly bought last year at 4c and are so glad that I didn't. Thanks to a poor H/Y and a persistent seller/s wanting out I picked up a small parcel at 1.8c. Looking at the debt to equity especially after their new contract I think anything under 2.4c is value. Admittedly this is still a risky proposition but if they can turn things around in the near future, this could well be a coy with a 25m MC in a short time.
