Is the stronger dollar better or worse for TTI
I assume it is better as they manufacture product offshore and then sell and instal in Australia
Is the stronger dollar however less attractive for the UK and other Asian markets they sell in to ?
Hoping the 2nd half of the financial year result is an improvement on the disappointing 1st half result
Also like to see whether they have been able to reduce the employment costs and finance costs which were very high % of revenue in the last few periods
The 2c share price and market cap of $6m does seem very low for a company with a clear market advantage in traffic lights, road lights, signs and other road products
All that said it is no real value having $40m of revenue if all you do is pay salaries, directors fees, bank interest and break even
Shareholders really need to see 5 to 10% of revenues as a profit to invest in the long term
I am a holder but am getting a little frustrated TTI has being losing money for the last few years.
