You know Ab, my observation for what it's worth, is that most of these micro speccie O&Gs always seem to line up a new venture for when the current one goes belly-up. It keeps the game in play and their snout in the trough by providing them an excuse to keep raising more dow to move on to the next prospect activity - now it's Canning, but before that Cambay was the bright new prospect after their previous f/ups. It let's them reset the dial with a new wave of investors after the last lot have cleaned out. Call me a cynic if you will.
