I agee with that sentiment about the drawdown or placing, Darwin are a nightmare at the best of times, lesser of 2 evils would be a placing IMO.


The theory goes, I don't know if you follow LSE bb's, that everything is in place but not quite, just enough to lower the sp, magna then buyout for a pittance, Ron makes off with all he has and more, magna get big bucks for cents.
