I heard a pub rumour about this one in early feb that 'something' was going to happen with ADU within 3 months. No details of course on what the something was supposed to be so this rise may or may not be related. I didn't get on it at the time as I hear so many of these 'big secrets', and most of them come to nothing. Time will tell what this turns out to be.
