Neither of these companies are perfect. DRM are running out of ore with an operation plant. MYG have a good resource and due to the incompetence of JG missed the opportunity of getting finance. However these companies are perfect for each other.
Neither the DRM or MYG share holders are happy with the deal which is a clear indication that it is probably a fair deal. If one side was happy it would be a clear indication that the deal was unfair.
This is a classic example of the the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.
