ARH will not exist if Resourcehouse take over. You won't get the cash, you will get the equivelent value in Resourcehouse shares. In which case $2.20 value against the current project status is oustanding.
But given that iron ore is only one piece of the Resourcehouse puzzle I wouldnt expect that but something like 1 Resourcehouse share for every 3 or 4 ARH share given that ARH only have a right to 1 billion tonnes.
Just my thoughts. And i would take it. As to whether I would sell them right away well I probably would as that would be a very healthy profit from what I paid.
Lets hope this is what happens and that Resourcehouse is way over subscribed!
