My heart goes out to all those who have been burnt by this stock. Clearly insider trading no matter which way you look at it. I think you will find that all directors will have kept their stake but you can guarentee family members and close friends will have got out unscathed.

Many posters are talking about legal action and asic complaints which is fine if you have already bailed on this stock. For those that still hold I would think very carefully about this option because if the directors are pursued in a legal sense I can guarentee that a much larger portion of their time will go into defending themselves rather than trying to value add to the company.

My question to all is, is there still value in this company and at this price do they provide a possible buying opportunity. If the answer is yes then buy more and average down. You may well find these have been considerably oversold and a rerating considerably higher than the current price is possible.
