Brings back some bad memories this one many moons ago myself and some clients had a big position in MTB.
They bought out an announcement over lunch which I thought was a bit misleading and sold everyone out including myself at a profit.
Our principal trader at the time went long and got torched as it turned out I was right and down they went,well they all squealed like girls and after some months of investigation the trades were cancelled and a nice profit turned into a nasty loss.
I believe it should be buyer beware but I wish you all luck with this one.
