A mate mentioned a research note pointing out these figures do not include the full year contribution from isoft. This being taken into account will lift net profit to approx $80m in 09. AT current prices this is a PE of approx 6-7.
So you my want to take a further look into the results. Also, I can never understand why people value companies purely on PE. You should be looking at profit growth year on year. Looking at a 'market' PE for a growth stock is incorrect.
There are many low PE companies which you would not touch.
So on a future PE of 6-7, does this mean you now value IBA over $1?
