If Evelyn and Eugene go, that is not an automatic bed of roses. I think present shareholders would suddenly find assets are sold and a massive dilution would follow. Directors will then draw big fees and expenses. Boris should not drink any coffee other directors give him then.
So whatever shares are held would suddenly be worthless.
The Noble Boys are there to look after their OWN interests 100%. 100%. Not shareholders. NOT us irrelevant minions. Make no mistake about that. Noble by name, BUT NOT BY NATURE. Do not be fooled.
There was no detailed strategy outlined in their letter (which had a small typeface, like fine print). Fine print makes me suspicious.
Strategy : retire stifling debt. What stifling debt? They mean.... A Capital Raising to dilute the mugs. "Actively seek investments in mining and exploration assets." With what money? From a Capital raising of course. Or placement to mates.
"Realise value for current assets" If there is not much value there in Fiji etc, it is not a big deal. Sure you can give assets away like uranium but ....
So Boris and the Old gang can be critcised... heap it on them.... BUT sometimes Doing Nothing can be GOOD. Just like GREED.
So it is truly the lesser of two evils. While you have something static and useless with The Old Gang, you may end up suddenly with nothing at all under Noble.
Your choice. DYOR, or rather don't bother. Flip a coin instead.
