YES I strongly believe SHELL Buying\Eyeing BOW for FLNG Project- we all know HQCEC, CNPC all from same CHINA TOWN!

Shell\PetroChina currently not active (unlike STO\BG) on building LNG infrastructure but they will be very active on buying Gas reserve so they can be in a commanding position at negotiating table to share others infrastructure!
