I do not understand the anti csg movment.
coal miners have been drilling into coal to release the gas to make it safe to mine, for decades.
I was told by a freind in the industry of a well know coal mine with high gas content coal that does this.
Locals will not allow a gas plant or let them burn off the gas as they have done in the past.
The gas is released into the atmosphere.
A waste of resourse.
