I wouldnt do it, and I think the company has enough cash it doesnt have to.
They may be aiming either for a margin of safety, or to repay Mercorella for the loan he advanced last year.
Although I have to wait patiently because I dont have cash until Merlin floats, I'm also personally inclined to buy at 0.4 rather than 0.5
